Who is Digita?

Digita BV(hereinafter: Digita) is a company that builds enterprise software for the Solid specification and operates several websites to demonstrate the possibilities of Solid (hereinafter: the Digita websites). Digita's head office is located at the TOPOS Office Center Schuman (Breydelstraat 34-40, 1040 Brussels, Belgium).

General

These Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and other additional regulatory documents that Digita publishes on the Digita websites apply to the use of a Digita website. If you do not agree with the content of these documents, you should not use any of the Digita websites. Digita reserves the right to unilaterally change these Terms of Use without prior notification. The changes will take effect immediately unless stated otherwise. The announcement is made by publication on the Digita websites and/or by sending a notification by email to all Digita account holders. If you continue to use Digita after the adjustments, it implies that you irrevocably accept these changes. It is therefore wise to consult these Terms of Use regularly.

What do the terms apply to?

These Terms of Use apply to all Digita websites unless stated otherwise. Deviations from these Terms of Use are only valid if they have been expressly agreed with you in writing.

Your rights and obligations

As a user of a Digita website, you must behave as a responsible and careful internet user. Among other things, you are not permitted to use the (content of the) website for acts contrary to the law, public order or morals.

The following actions are certainly not allowed:

• violate the intellectual property rights of Digita and/or third parties;
• make infringing, unlawful or misleading statements;
• distribute legally prohibited material;
• evade or remove the security of (parts of) the website.

You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, distribute, "reverse engineer", decompile or otherwise use and / or exploit the content of this website.

If you do not comply with these rules, Digita reserves the right to recover any damage resulting from this unauthorised use from you.

How does Digita handle your personal data?

Liability and indemnity

Digita is not liable for damage as a result of the use of the content of its websites or websites that are connected to the Digita website, for example by means of hyper (text) link (s) or meta tag (s). Digita is also not liable for damage arising from or related to the use (or the impossibility thereof) of the Digita websites.

What law applies to these terms of use?

These Terms of Use are subject to Belgian law. A dispute about these Terms of Use will be submitted to the competent court in Brussels.
